Fred Edwards Kabogoza, also known as Lil Gazman, is a visionary Ugandan technologist, gospel artist, author, and community builder whose work bridges innovation, culture, and empowerment.
He is the Founder and Executive Director of UNMWJI and Gazman Advanced Technologies Ltd, and serves as the creative and branding lead for Billing and Invoice software, Gatavase 3D Race Game, D&D Medical testing application and multiple platforms. Fred’s career reflects a unique blend of technology, creativity, and service.

Fred is the driving force behind Gatavase OS, a modular operating system project, and the Bumu Diaspora Network, a platform designed to connect Ugandans abroad with opportunities for jobs, relationships, and emotional support. His leadership extends to Gatavase News and other initiatives that emphasize local data storage, privacy, and authentic outreach for diaspora communities.
